UFC light heavyweight Jamahal Hill didn’t hold back in responding to Michael Johnson’s critical remarks about his recent gym confrontation with Alex Pereira.

Johnson had labeled Hill’s actions as “clown sh*t” and argued that Hill should have been hit for his approach when confronting Pereira, sparking a heated exchange between the two fighters.

During an interview with Mike Perry, Johnson expressed his disdain for Hill’s behavior, saying, “That’s some clown sh*t, Imma be honest. Why you even go there and say anything if you’re not prepared to do anything? It made no sense, honestly—he should have got hit. Like, why you coming over here talking sh*t?”

Hill, known for his unfiltered personality both in and out of the Octagon, wasted no time clapping back. Taking to social media, Hill fired off a scathing response:

“Gang, u a [expletive] and you one of the biggest clowns and pussy’s on the roster. They keep u around to get slept by debut fighters!!! I’ve made more money than you and you been here 3x as long so I would expect you to know the money game! Find out what it is when I’m on that time frfr.”

The confrontation at the gym, which involved Hill engaging in a tense verbal exchange with former UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira, had already garnered significant attention online. Pereira, now competing in the light heavyweight division, remained composed during the encounter, but fans and fighters alike have debated Hill’s approach.

Johnson’s criticism seemed to resonate with a portion of the MMA community who felt Hill’s actions were unnecessary if they weren’t going to escalate into a fight. However, Hill’s response underscored his confidence and dismissive attitude towards Johnson’s critique, emphasizing his financial success and longevity in the UFC despite Johnson’s veteran status.

As the online feud between Hill and Johnson gains traction, it highlights the combustible nature of fighter interactions outside the cage. With both athletes boasting strong personalities, fans are left wondering if this war of words could one day translate into a showdown inside the Octagon.

For now, Hill appears to be doubling down on his actions, showing no signs of backing down as he continues to navigate the light-heavyweight landscape—and the court of public opinion.
